All connections are subject to availability in your area

All residential payments collected by direct debit

All connections are based on a min of a 12 month connection

No price increases at the end of the initial 12 month period

Lines are open for technical queries between the hours or 0900 - 1700, Monday - Friday, any faults that require immediate attention outside of these hours may incur an additional cost

All connections require a router (£75 one off, or +£5 per month on rental). Router can be reused on another connection in future and is owned by customer

All connections require a £50 activation fee, this includes an engineer to site, and all configuration required

All prices exclude VAT

* You have the right to cancel at any time incurring a cost of £10 per month remaining on the 12 month initial contract
